You can return your items hassle-free within 14 days of receiving your order. Whether you’d like an exchange or a refund, the process is quick and straightforward—just click here to get started.
RETURN PERIOD:
We offer a 14-day return period, during which you may return your package without needing to provide a reason. This period begins the day you receive your package. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition, suitable for resale, and with tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
Items on sale are non-refundable. These can only be exchanged for another item in the collection or redeemed for store credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. Refunds or store credits cannot be issued if only one of the two items is returned. However, you can exchange items in the 1+1 deal for a different size or color of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one of the items, return just the one you want to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS:
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
When you register a return and indicate a preference for exchange, we’ll begin the process immediately to ensure your exchange is completed as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You can monitor the arrival of your return with the provided tracking number. After processing, you will receive a confirmation message regarding your refund or exchange. Refunds may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team, and we’ll update you on availability. If your requested product is sold out after you’ve already created a return, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, we’re happy to help. Please send a photo and details of the issue to info@camorra.com, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.
